Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Clicox processes, why, and how we protect it. Last updated 7 October 2026.
- Data we process. Account details such as name, work email and role; business records your company enters (customers, invoices, employees); and technical data such as IP address and device information used for security.
- Why we process it. To provide and secure the service, authenticate users, prevent abuse, support customers and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
- Your company controls its data. Business records belong to the company that entered them. Company administrators decide who can access them.
- Security. Personal fields are encrypted at rest, traffic is encrypted in transit, access is role-based and sensitive actions are written to an audit trail.
- Retention and deletion. Data is kept while an account is active and as required by law. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion.
